Welcome All!

Welcome All!

Welcome to the 21-22 School Year!

While this year may look different than years past, I am still here to help. For my new Second Graders and new families to FES, my name is Brianna Deroche, I am the 2nd and 3rd grade School Counselor. My role here is to support students, I teach lessons, run small groups and see students individually for short term support.

Lessons: Each grade level has two lessons a month from me, check out my Classroom Lesson tab for topics, it is a working list so they may be adjusted during the year but this will be updated if things change.

Groups: I will not be running my traditional lunch groups for the time being. How small groups are run is still being ironed out, hopeful to start them in October. New student groups will be run during the week of 9/13 during pod snack times. More info to come!

Individual: I see students as needed during the school day. Parents can email or call if you feel your child needs support. Teachers will often reach out as well. Sometimes this is more consistent for 6-8 weeks and sometimes it is just once in awhile. We adjust to find ways that work for your unique child!

I look forward to working with you all this year. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns!
